Our Vision and Values
One of 100 strives to instill life skills to break generational cycles of lack of opportunities. Adopting the “it takes a village” approach guides our work to encourage community and individual growth. Our vision is to have 100 professionals in the community supporting the growth of 1 individual.

We leverage the network of professionals in the community, with expertise in a variety of fields, to unite and support youth and young adults in their pursuit of opportunities and success.
History
Our founding members have over 20 years of experience in supporting the community with specific programs, initiatives, advocacy, and community-based events designed to support youth and young adults. Such initiatives are based on their real-life experience of growing up as first-generation Americans in Boston who want to give back to the community knowing the challenges and opportunities that young generations may experience.
